ABOUT US

Bob McQuillan

Avignon Consulting is the vision and passion of an industry expert. Early in his career, Bob had a plan to find companies that were the clear-cut leaders in their respective industries and join them. By doing so, he knew he would compete with elite talent while learning from smart, successful people. Bob did exactly that, and working for companies like J.F. Jelenko, US Surgical, and Cisco Systems helped sharpen the skill sets needed to build a foundation for a successful sales career.

As his career took shape in franchising, Bob developed his own niche in the franchise industry by growing emerging brands. Bob helped lead Hollywood Tans and Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa's businesses from unranked to the leaders in their respective industries. Most recently, at Hand & Stone, Bob was instrumental in the growth of the organization. Not only did Bob lead franchise sales with Hand & Stone, starting with 28 units to being close to 500, but he and his wife also owned 3 successful businesses within the system.

Bob has been a frequent franchise industry presenter for over a decade and continues to give back to the industry that has given him so much. Now it's your turn. If you're looking for the best one-on-one relationship in the industry to help grow your business, Bob McQuillan and Avignon Consulting is the right place for you.

"One of the major differences between me and most of the franchise sales representatives in the industry is the fact that I have practiced what I preached. With both Hollywood Tans and Hand & Stone, my wife and I owned multiple businesses and flourished in each system."
